Baseline Activity Diary
This is Step One in a technique called Behavioural Activation in CBT.
Use this diary to keep a note of your activities for a week. You can then review how you're spending your time and create a list of different activities (Step Two), then start to structure your week and slowly add some new activities and review your mood (Step Three).
When noting down your activities in the Baseline Activity Diary, try to remind yourself every couple of hours. You only need to write one or two words to explain what you were doing - e.g. shower, bed, work.
When reviewing your Baseline Activity Diary, look for a good mix of activites which fit into these different categories:
Pleasurable
Exercise
Achievement
Social
