Activity Schedule
The third stage in your Behavioural Activation journey!
Using what you learned from your Baseline Activity Diary (Step One), and activities from your Activity List (Step Two), you can use this Activity Schedule (Step Three) to start to plan your week and add in some pleasurable, exercise, achievement and social activities.
The idea of this technique is to slowly create a routine which makes you feel good, gives you a sense of purpose, moves your body and connects you with other people.
Everything should be in moderation, so if you find that you are spending a lot of time doing one particular activity which doesn't make you feel great (e.g. scrolling on your phone), you may want to replace that activity with something else (e.g. reading).
Make sure you pace yourself!
